QuestionIm specifically looking for a hamper style door dryer. After reading questions and answers I learned that this hamper door does not open all the way. Totally defeats the purpose of why I want the door. Can someone explain ?

- Answer The hamper door drops down about halfway--45 degrees instead of going all the way flat. LG promotes this as having a ramp to load clothes into the washer. You then open it from the side (which does swing all the way open) to pull the clothes out when they're done and can have a basket in front to drop them into. It is nice to use it for wet, heavy flannel sheets or even towels because it makes them easier to load into the dryer.

QuestionWe've had our units for just over a month. The dryer is now making a rattling noise. I've turned it off and on, tired different drying cycles, moved it to make sure it was hitting anything and still making the rattling noise. Don't know what to do now

QuestionThe LG site indicates that you have to turn on the light manually every time you open the dryer. I'd like that to happen automatically, like every other dryer I've owned with a light. Is there a way to enable this with the SmartThinQ app? Seems simple
