QuestionThe LG site indicates that you have to turn on the light manually every time you open the dryer. I'd like that to happen automatically, like every other dryer I've owned with a light. Is there a way to enable this with the SmartThinQ app? Seems simple

QuestionI have a LG DLE7400VE dryer in the graphite steel color. It has some light scratches on it. Is there a spray paint touch up for it or what can I use to remove the light scratches?

QuestionHow do you get the dryer light to come on automatically without having the turn the whole machine on? I usually have to keep baskets on the top of the machine since we are limited on space & it's very inconvenient to have to turn it on just for the light

- Answer Hi, The drum is equipped with a blue LED that illuminates when the dryer is turned on. This light automatically turns off when the door is closed and the cycle starts. To turn on the light during a cycle, press the Drum Light button. The drum light will illuminate and then turn off automatically after four minutes.^Vanessa

Remove the screws at the back that secure the top panel. 3. Slide the top panel back and lift it off.
