What you see on the top of the refrigerator that has you concerned is not a compression. It is a tray or drawer that for some reason was placed on the top of the refrigerator when the picture was shot. The only 2 heights you need to be concerned about are those for the height to the top of the Case which you already have as 68 7/8" and that of the unit to the top of the hinge which is 70 1/4". Depending on how high your cabinet is, if it is less than that of the unit's height to the top of the hinge, then your only concern is if the 68 7/8" height to the top of the case can slide under your cabinet and how far it will slide before you encounter the hinge. You should have some idea on how far that would be from looking at the same image that clearly shows the hinge...^IFV
