I would assume you can port over your home phone number, as long as certain conditions are met. One being that you do not have an outstanding balance for the company you are going through for your home phone. Also, this would mean you will no longer have a home phone as once your number is ported over, your home phone will be disconnected. However, I would highly recommend contacting Simple Mobile themselves and asking if your home number can be ported over. Having numbers ported over to a cell phone is a Service Provider base, and not the phone or the retailer selling the phone. Hope this helps.
