• No, this phone is not an unlocked device. It is a Simple Mobile device. If you are wanting an unlocked version of this device, I would recommend doing either 1 of the 2 things. Before purchasing the phone, call Simple Mobile and ask them, if you bought one of their phones if they can provide you with an unlock code for you to unlock the phone to any provider. Or, you could try searching Unlocked LG Journey on amazon, I am sure they have an unlocked version. Hope this helps and best of luck.
