“When I was loading bowls, plates to rack, the rack rods hold bowls and plate kept fold down (Sorry I don’t know what to call them.) what should I do in order they stay still? I wish they do not have the folded racks. Please advise. Thanks.”

• The tines in the lower rack for the LG - STUDIO 24" Top Control Built-In Dishwasher with TrueSteam, Light, 3rd Rack, 40dBA - PrintProof™ Stainless Steel, Model # LSDT9908SS should snap in place so they don't fold when you load dinner plates, dishes, soup bowls, etc. between them. Make sure that snap in place so they don't fold down...^IFV

• Unfortunately, those braces cannot be secured. Their ability to stand up or lay down is to accommodate different sizes and shapes of dishes, glasses and cookware. I find this a small inconvenience for the greater convenience of fitting larger pieces. I love this dishwasher, though. It is incredible. I hope you enjoy yours! Peace, Michael
