A:AnswerThat would be related to trusted platform module, it's built into AMD processors and some intels you just have to turn it on in the bios or you can have a dedicated module for it that you plug on to the motherboard but it still needs to be enabled.
A:AnswerYes it does. I play my playstation 5 which currently outputs 4k and 1080p only. I run resolution @ 4k on the ps5 and the monitor down scales it to 1440p. It looks pretty dope.
A:AnswerSounds like an issue with your graphics card or graphics driver at the very least. If you upgraded from a 1080p monitor it may have to do with your settings as well

A:AnswerThis monitor has a recommended resolution of 2560 x 1440 @ 144Hz (HDMI) or 2560 x 1440 @ 165Hz (DisplayPort). This monitor does not have HDMI 2.1 and will not support 4K@120Hz. ^Daphane

the native resolution of the panel is 2560 x 1440. I have an Asus ROG 1080 graphic card and the standard options in the Nvidia control panel do not allow anything above that native resolution.
I suppose it *might* be possible to create a custom resolution, however, i've never tried that. You may have some really wacky affects or crazy flickering if you try. Definitely would not have good gameplay.
Most likely you would have to purchase a true 4k monitor in order to support the resolution you are looking for
A:AnswerThis monitor has a maximum resolution of 3840 x 2160 @ 60Hz (HDMI) - 2560 x 1440 @ 165Hz DisplayPort. This monitor does not have HDMI 2.1 and will not support 4K@120Hz. ^Daphane
A:AnswerIt won't let you change settings if you have it on a preset. Put it on custom or standard. Also, make sure your console is set to whatever hertz u want. There's videos on YouTube that show how simple it is...
