“Does this case offer protection on the front side of phone as well? I cannot tell from the pictures or the description.”

This series of case has a raised edge around the front to protect the screen but the screen is open other then the edge there is no screen protection. I use this case on my iPhone and of all the cases they offer this is by far my fav.
