• I considered other more expensive routers before buying the Linksys router. I have installed and configured this Linksys router in my 4500sq ft home. We have (3) smart TVs using WiFi, (5) WiFi Sonos devices, (1) Xbox with WiFi, (2) apple TVs with WiFi, (3) chomecast devices with WiFi, (3) ipads with WiFi, and (3) cell phones with WiFi in addition to hard wired computers. The speed is good and we don't have any problem with signal strength. I hope this helps you with you decision.

• We have 2 iPhones, 2 chromecasts, iPad, android tablet, 2 kindles kids edition, Internet connected DVD player and a laptop. Router handles all these devices without single hiccup - all devices always on and there are no conflicts between them. Works great for us.
