A:AnswerFirst, this is not really a booster. It is a repeater. Signal quality depends on distance and what structures are in line of sight to the repeater. I have concrete walls on all sides of mine. I can barely make 30 ft. 90 ft is a long ways. Clear line of sight and properly placed, you might make it.
A:AnswerThis is exactly what I have mine working in conjunction with, the mesh system is too expensive to justify buying another set so this was a great way to expand my network at a more reasonable cost
A:AnswerThe easiest way for me was to push the WPS button on the router then push the WPS on the extender. It will start blinking green and stay green if connected. If not connected just try again and again. I did it about 5 times till it finally connected. Hope this helps
A:AnswerThe "smart" functions of your Samsung work through the WiFi typically. The cable system typically works through a Cat5 or coax cable from the box to the TV. If the smart functions are already not working correctly I would start with your WiFi router since it's only 20 ft from your TV. The extender will not do anything positive for your system if the wifi router is that close.
A:AnswerRENEE , I have a Metro service cell phone and use my WI-FI hotspot to provide internet for my vehicle head unit when away from home. Not all phones provide this feature.MY phone is a moto .If all else fales try a 4g usb dongle to recieve internet not sure on the service $$$ to run it but should be resonable .
A:AnswerIt depends on how far away you are from the other wifi connection. You won't know until you try it. Depends on the range of the original wifi signal. I have used the Netgear and the Orbi extenders as well. You got to find the extender that fits your situation. The Orbis are more up to date than the Netgear and Linksys extenders.
