They are awful, Enormously long wait times, and if you choose the option to get a call back, they simply don’t bother. On one occasion when I finally did get through to someone they offered a solution that was counter to what their app suggested. If you go with Linksys, I would absolutely suggest purchasing the BestBuy protection. Geek Squad is great.

If you currently have a Velop system in a metal building and it works relatively well, then these extenders will work for you. It's hard to say a 100% yes or no, since we don't know the layout of the building. Just like in a home, walls put up barriers to the signal. I have 2 of the extenders in my home to supplement the Velop system. One is in the garage, the other in a room at the front of the house to extend signal outside to security cams. Both work perfectly.
