- Answer I didn’t have this problem. I opened up a word app and did everything with ease. Are you sure your iPad is compatible? Also did you try typing on a document app like Microsoft Word?

- Answer Hello Lyndon! Unfortunately, there is only one Combo Touch Keyboard Case with Smart Connector for the Apple iPad Pro 12.9" 5th Gen, but not for the previous generations.

- Answer I bought this product for a 10.2" 9th generation iPad. I found that the touch pad didn't respond as quickly as the touch screen, so I returned the product and bought a version with no touch pad.
