QuestionMy dad bout this for me yesterday and I can’t figure out how to get the caps lock on. I write novels so this is a very useful tool for me to have. Is there anything you could advise me too do?

- Answer Check the keyboards and you will see “caps lock” on the left side of the keyboards. When you press on it. This will start to type in caps and when you press on it again it will type in lowercase. When you press on shift it will only type one letter as uppercase and return to typing lowercase. Hope this helps you out. All the best with your writing novels.

QuestionIt looks like the Apple Pen sits on top of the iPad and is attached magnetically. Is that the only way it is held on? concerned when case is closed that the pencil may be exposed to getting knocked off, or caught on something and pulled off.

- Answer Yes, except you decided to get a separate case and just place it in there or in your wallet. It’s meant to stay magneted on the top part.
