• A:Answer Make sure to check the battery compartment of the mouse; there's a slot which holds the receiver. And no other receiver will work without reprogramming something.

Q: Questionmouse is acting really sluggish. When I first got it, it was quick to respond and very fluid for motion. Now I can't get it to move more than 1 to 2 inches across the screen at a time. I have replaced the battery and blew out the area of the laser.
