- Answer The G502's rgb is controlled by the free downloadable Logitech Ghub software. The dpi and rgb lighting are completely independent of one another.

- Answer Just about any mouse is compatible with an MAC. so yep.. now changing the colors etc.. I didn't check if they have a program for mac to change the RGB

QuestionI have 2 g502’s both with the hero sensor but the one I bought more recently doesn’t have the braided cable the older one does. Any reason for this? Just curious.

- Answer You need to be more specific about the double clicking issue. I do find that sometimes mine will cause a folder to open up for renaming rather than opening the folder. If that's your issue, than no. I'm not that bothered by that happening occasionally though
