“I have had these headphones for a day now but I can’t get it to work after they turn off it just won’t display any audio no matter what I do to try to fix it if any one has a solution please tell me”

Hey there Coop. I would recommend downloading our G Hub software to see if it's being recognized by the computer at all. That should also allow you to tweak and modify both the sound of the headset and the microphone. -Weston from Logitech
