Q: QuestionHow do I enable Dolby Atmos for the 535 headset? I see nothing in GHub, and Windows only has Windows Sonic for Headphones. Is this a program I need to purchase and download through the Microsoft Store? Thank you.

• A:Answer Not sure what is going on. No Atoms is included in the GHUB and no code is included the package. I had to buy it in the Microsoft store separately.

• A:Answer The wireless version, G535, only works with PC, PlayStation and some devices that function like a PC with a USB-A port as it requires the LightSpeed adapter to function. The wired version, G335, can work with any device that has a 3.5mm port. Which includes devices that can enable Dolby Atmos or DTS:X.

Q: QuestionI purchased a USB to lightning converter to use these headphones on my iPhone 8. Everything has worked fine except for calls of any kind. I have troubleshooted in every way possible but audio from calls still do not work. Can I do anything about this?

• A:Answer This headset is good for basic purposes. It is light and holds a lot of charge and the battery last a long time when new. The microphone however is not as good. The microphone is mid tier and should be considered for casual purposes. The lack of control in ghub should be noted for anyone interested in purchasing this headset. For most uses, this is the way to go, but if mic quality matters to you go for another model. The mic cannot be changed or programmed whatsoever. The flip up mute is nice though.
