QuestionThe special characters on the keyboard have no illumination at all, which makes them difficult to see in daylight and unusable in low light. Is there an option to illuminate these characters?

- Answer Three design things I hate about this otherwise nice TKL: 1) Special characters not visble. 2) Keycaps are extremely fragile. 3) Backlight goes to sleep despite settings to prevent. These are all thoughtless designs or slow-to-fix bugs. TIP: I resolved point #1 by buying white keycaps from Aliexpress and they are same form and quality keycaps. I replaced only the character keys and now i have two-tone but visible KB in any light and it actually looks pretty cool, better than all black or white IMO. Really wish Logi was this quick to react though.

- Answer Yes, the G915 TKL works wireless with the Xbox One, as long as the game you are playing supports mice and keyboard.

QuestionCan you pair this with one device via Bluetooth, and with another via Lightspeed/USB dongle, and easily switch back and forth? In a fashion similar to the G604 mouse? If so where is the switch located?

- Answer Hello, GBR! You can pair the G915 TKL via Lightspeed dongle and Bluetooth to two different devices. To switch between the two on the G915 TKL, there is a button that looks like the WiFi logo (Lightspeed button) and a button next to it that has the Bluetooth logo on it and you'll just push whichever one you would like to use. To swap between your two devices for the G604, you'll push the button under the scroll wheel that has the Lightspeed logo on it. - Maggie from Logitech G

QuestionHow thick is the base of this keyboard? Trying to figure out if this will fit/clamp into a gooseneck mount I typically use for my iPad so I can type while I livestream without having a keyboard in my lap.

- Answer Hello. The G915TKL will work on Linux, but the GHub software isn't available on Linux, so you will have to use other software to configure the lights and other customizable options.

- Answer Sí, puedes usar el Logitech G915 TKL de forma inalámbrica con un PlayStation 5, pero tiene algunas limitaciones. Solo funciona con el receptor USB inalámbrico que viene con el teclado, ya que el PS5 no admite conexiones Bluetooth para teclados. Simplemente conectas el receptor USB a uno de los puertos del PS5 y el teclado funcionará automáticamente. Es genial para navegar por el menú, escribir mensajes y jugar juegos que admitan teclado, aunque no podrás usar funciones avanzadas como las macros o configuraciones personalizadas del software Logitech G HUB. Aun así, es una excelente opción si buscas un teclado inalámbrico de calidad para tu PS5.

QuestionLove this keyboard's look, feel, responsiveness. But for >$200, I should be able to replace the key caps - and frankly should be able to get PBT key caps, not the original ABS. I love it overall, but ABS, and no option to replace caps = disappointment.

QuestionI currently own the G613 keyboard and have been stricken with wireless disconnect issues for the last two years. Has Logi fixed this issue with this new design? I’m not able to play wired, PC is too far away from couch. No space for desk in house.

- Answer Hi, I believe it does work with streaming apps. I tested out the audio visualizer and it was working with my Amazon prime music app.

- Answer Hey there, I'm sorry to hear this keeps happening to you! I would recommend downloading our GHub software and enabling "Game mode" on your keyboard by pressing the button with a Joystick on it. From there, you can go into the software and set the keys you want to disable when gaming mode is in use, including the G keys. I hope this works for you! -Weston from Logitech

- Answer Yes it will, just keep in mind that if you are coming straight from the integrated keyboard on the mac, the command button is the windows key on the keyboard (between ALT and CTRL) and the function key is now on the right side.
