A:Answer I use mine on an HP all in one to use a softphone thru VerizonInContact - if USB connection is required, I can't imagine it wouldn't work. Only thing I can say about softphones and headsets is no matter what, I seem to adjust my volume control ALL THE TIME - I'm either echoing (too high on volume) or they can't hear me and I sound like I'm underwater or on speaker. I can't blame it on the headset, I believe it's because I'm using a softphone, that is on a mainframe computer I'm signing into to work and it is just different...you learn to adjust!
