A:AnswerCall 1-800-remotes. If they do not have the remote, you have to contact Logitech customer support with your model number, to see if they have the codes in their program library.
A:AnswerHello, the Harmony 665 should work with any device that has an IR remote control. Without knowing the exact model of the JVC VHS player, I can't know if the model is in our database, but if you have the original remote, you can "teach" the 665 to learn the original remote and control the device. If you have the JVC model number you can go here to check the compatibility: https://support.myharmony.com/en-us/compatibility
A:AnswerNot that I'm aware of. I've owned a variety of Harmony remotes and have never noticed that. The screen does go dark after a bit of time if that's what you are asking.
A:AnswerThe Harmony 665 does not use a hub, it is an IR remote only. The Harmony Elite uses a hub.
If the fire stick has a remote you can still control it with a Harmony 665 as it can learn the IR commands.
A:AnswerHi JCHD,
Yes, what I suggest is simply using the Harmony IR Mini Blaster; https://www.logitech.com/en-us/product/ir-mini-blaster?crid=60.
Hope this helps,

A:AnswerNo. This is Harmony's entry level remote and does not work with the hub. Contact Logitech tech support for the model that will work with your hub.
A:AnswerVery likely. I also have an LG 4K tv but its just a different model. I think it might be the same series but mine is a different size. It works very well, except the back button. I have to navigate the menu to go back instead of just 1 button. not a huge issue.
A:AnswerHi ChuckDaddy,
Follow this link to our Harmony Device Compatibility Database; https://support.myharmony.com/en-us/compatibility. Enter your device manufacturer and model number to see if it's supported by the Harmony database.
If supported, we'll give you specific tips or suggestions for your device.

A:AnswerFrom all of the research I've done, I'd guess that would be the case BUT, and this is a big BUT, you may NOT want to transfer settings, i.e. may want to start fresh with all of the new technology this remote has. Gather together all of the brands and model numbers before you start. For example, my old Harmony One had no way to bring up the smart TV settings (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) of my new TV but I started fresh and now, with this new remote, no problem.
A:AnswerThe model 665 is not rechargeable. The model 700 (no longer available) is.
I am still on the original batteries on my 665 and battery life seems decent. To replace, just slide off the cover on the bottom.
If you are referring to a model 700 (and above) you can use AA alkalines or buy new rechargeable AA's.
When the batteries are low the display will show "low battery).
