Q: QuestionIs there an on/off switch on the keyboard?

• A:Answer The keyboard for the MK470 doesn't have an on/off switch. There is a sleep mode that the keyboard goes into when not in use that helps preserve battery life.

Q: QuestionI connected the keyboard to my Macbook Air laptop. It works great but for some reason the Ctrl C, Ctrl V and Ctrl Z does not work to copy, paste, or undo. Do I need to create a shortcut with this keyboard or are the shortcut on this keyboard diff?

• A:Answer If it is a PC keyboard paired with a Mac laptop, try the "Windows" key instead of the Ctrl key, i.e., Windows C, Windows V. The Windows key is usually equivalent to the Command key.

Q: QuestionIs this compatible with a Chromebook?

• A:Answer Hello Sam, the MK470 works with Windows® 10 or later, Windows 8, Windows 7 and also works with Surface. Although it won't have Chrome specific keys, it will still work. I recommend checking out our K580 combo we have. That keyboard was designed for Chrome OS and I think that it would be a better fit for what you are looking for.
