- Answer Hello Tredd. The Slim Folio definitely should work with the 8th Gen iPad. Since it is not using Bluetooth, but the smart connector, it will not show up in the devices settings. When opened and the lights on, you should be able to just type and its connected automatically.

- Answer The Slim Folio connects through the Smart Connector on the iPad, not Bluetooth. If it isn’t working, make sure the iPad is seated properly in the case and the three Smart Connector dots align. Cleaning the contacts and restarting the iPad often resolves connection issues.
