QuestionHow do I charge the keyboard? It did not come with a charger and I’ve tried all the classic chargers and none seemed to work.

- Answer Hello, the Slim Folio Pro keyboard case uses a USB Type C charging cable. It doesn't come with a charging cable out of the box. You would have to buy one separately or you can use the same USB-C cable as the iPad Pro.

- Answer Bluetooth only. After the one time set-up, it will re-connect automatically every time the case magnetically connects to the keyboard base.

- Answer Does not fit the new 2020 model, as it covers the new wider camera area. I just tried it on and it fits nicely but covers camera. I'm a fan of the Logitech case on the old 9.7 iPad pro model. I had two of those cases (one went out after a year and a half (keyboard) and the other is still working nicely, so i was ordering this case hoping it would be a fit.) I think the new one comes out soon so I will return this one.

QuestionSince this keyboard connects via bluetooth, can you connect the Apple Pencil while the keyboard is connected? or can they not simultaneously be connected? Thank you!

- Answer Yes, you definitely can. I use my pencil all the time while the slim folio is on my iPad or “connected.”

- Answer It adds about 1.25lbs to (about 550 grams) to the overall weight of the iPad - not insignificant but the advantages of turning your iPad Pro into a mini laptop outweighs the weight concerns (pun intended).

QuestionWhile the Slim Folio Pro is obviously used to connect a keyboard to the iPad Pro, it is also designed for me to store the iPad in this same case? Or should I get a separate case for the iPad Pro that is different from the case for this keyboard?

- Answer This is an iPad case but the keyboard is built into it. it folds up and protects the iPad's screen and latches closed with a magnetic flap, but when you fold it out you can prop the iPad up on a little magnetic bar above the keyboard and use it.
