QuestionIf a person installed the 'glass protector' on ipad then installed case, does case try to rip glass off? My previous ipad had zagg plastic but when I put glass protector on would no longer fit case without glass being pealed back so I had to change cases

- Answer My iPad Air 2 had a protector on it and it went into the case just fine. Nothing about the case tried to rip the protector off the screen.

- Answer You connect it through bluetooth. Put your iPad in the case and turn the keyboard on my pressing any button, and make sure you're bluetooth is on and it will pop up and you just sync to connect.

- Answer Sync your keyboard to your iPad via bluetooth. Make sure bluetooth on your iPad is turned on, then click any button on the keyboard and it should pop up in your bluetooth tab, then just connect to it.

QuestionHave the folio for a year with no problem. Suddenly it won’t sync with the iPad. I changed the batteries, so that is not the problem. Lights flash, the code comes on but will not allow it to continue. What can I do?

- Answer Hello, try removing the Folio from your Bluetooth devices, turn off Bluetooth on both and then back on. Hope it helps.
