I don't think the average person (like me) can view the livestream or the recording on a desktop PC without a cloud subscription. This is because while downloading the App I did not see any Windows download. Viewing it on my mobile devices requires 2 or 3 bars of 4G or wi-fi. I can only livestream SD quality video.
A:AnswerI can view the SD video through the app where I have 2 or 3 bars of 4G coverage. BTW, even over my home wi-fi (over which I stream movies with no problem) I cannot livestream the HD video: it's just one-frame-at-a time at long intervals. The SD isn't even as fluid as the playback of a recorded capture, though the SD livestream is sufficient to see what is going on (that is, if there's a guy on the porch, he's not going to get off the porch without being seen on the SD livestream.)
