• I ordered the backpack thru best best. It wasn't available in my store, but they had my order within a couple days.

• I found this case a Best Buy in Signal Hill, CA/ I did try a couple of different local stores before I bought it at this Best Buy.

• you can go online and select your store in preferences, and it will tell you whether or not if it is available or not.
