QuestionAre all new SR8015 units being sold in 2022 confirmed to be the A units - which have the HDMI 2.1 / 8K/60z and 4K/120hz bug fixed? I want to be able to use this with Xbox Series X playing at 8K upscaled.

- Answer Hello and thank you for your question. That is correct, all new units work with 8K gaming systems. For confirmation, DBL check the serial number. Only Marantz models with serial numbers below xxxxxxx70000 are impacted by the HDMI incompatibility issue and require the HDMI adapter to output 4K/120Hz and 8K/60Hz video signals.

QuestionAfter 14 months, my new SR 8015 will now not output a signal from the HDMI monitor out port. Is there any warranty from the manufacturer that can help with this after such a short period of time?

QuestionHi I have SR8015 and Im loving it I just want to know why the internal cooling fans never activates...Its works beyond hot and no my AVR is not inside any cabinet nothing around it nothing on it in fact I add +1cm extra clearance to the feets Thnx

- Answer Hello. Certain Sonos devices can be connected using a digital or analog interconnect, but as the SR8015 has a HEOS engine on board (supporting streaming from many popular services, and use of wireless Home speakers from Denon's line-up), there is no support for Sonos wirelessly

- Answer Hello. We are not aware of any over-heating issues when our AVRs have the recommended clearance (6" inches above and 1" for the sides).

- Answer Hello. The caps on the speaker terminals of the SR8015 can be removed. This will allow for the use of 4mm banana plugs rather than spades.

- Answer Marantz USA comes only 120 volts AC 780 watts, you can get it probably in the Philippines 220v or you can order it from Japan. This high end receiver 8015 are made in Japan compare to 7015 are made in Vietnam.
