Q: QuestionDo you have a guide that shows the approximate wash cycles on a Maytag, Model number MVWC465HD? I don’t see such information on the manual and it seems that the cycles last about two hours. I would appreciate your assistance. Thank you.

• A:Answer Hi Vicki, for this Maytag - 4.2 Cu. Ft. 11-Cycle High-Efficiency Top-Loading Washer, the Washer has a cycle which is "drain and spin". We would suggest that after the previous wash has concluded, we would advise to then do this cycle. Unfortunately there is no option to add an additional spin. Thank you for the question!

• A:Answer Hello Andrea! You can select Normal and then select Auto Sensing for the water level. It will adjust the water level for the smaller load. This specific model does not have a Quick Wash Cycle.

Q: QuestionI received my washer a couple of weeks ago, and noticed at the time of delivery that the lid is slightly bowed, so that if you press on it hard it will flex down and then pop back up again. Is it made this way?
