QuestionWill fabric softener automatically dispense during the rinse phase in the normal cycle? Just curious because when I select the fabric softener option it adds another 20 minutes. Same for adding an extra rinse, which makes more sense. Thanks!

QuestionMy hoses have small diameter and clothes do not get totally wet on the shorter cycles. Is this due to hose size? I have to wash everything on sheet cycle to get enough water. This is over an hour wash.

QuestionI just bought my Maytag washer and noticed my clothes were not getting clean. My husband fixed it so we could watch the wash cycle with the top open and noticed the agitator not turning the actual bowl was doin the turning...is this normal for this washer

QuestionHow long does each part of a regular wash take? So the wash is how long? The rinse? The spin.

- Answer Hello Winslow! There are no set range of cycle times for this model of washer. Cycle times vary depending on water pressure in the home, load size, amount of detergent used etc. The unit also has a soil sensor, which would sense the soil on the clothing. Which in return would adjust the time. The time in the display is an estimated time only and may adjust.

QuestionMy brand new Maytag MVSC565 does not seem to fully spin out all water on the heavy or sheets cycle. When I reset the dial to drain / spin to try and remove the excess water, the machine actualy adds water. Shouldn't a drain / spin cycle just drain?

- Answer Ces, due to different sizes, styles, and fills of towels it is hard to determine how many will fit. Filling material will vary from one brand to another and it is difficult to determine if a specific one will fit. Deep water wash does allow for extra water to penetrate synthetic fabrics, the main component of towels. We hope this helps some.
