- Answer Hello Bunny, Our new Washers have sensors that determine the temperature of the water. The Automatic Temperature Control electronically senses and maintains a uniform water temperature by regulating incoming hot and cold water. Even in Cool wash, some warm water is let into the washer to maintain a minimum temperature as well as the Hot wash cold water is added. Hopefully this information is beneficial to you. QuestionI tried to use the power wash cycle On the washer but it got stuck on wash. This is a brand new washer, the settings were set to auto sensing, heavy, and hot water. I do not know what I did wrong Or what stopped it from progressing.

QuestionJust bought this and plugged it and tried a wash. Does not load nearly enough water and starts the wash. Even on deep load it load not even half. When I lift the lid and close it let in a bit more water. What is wrong here. This totally sucks
