A:Answer I removed the back panel. You will see a black drain hose underneath once panel is removed (about 10 screws). Removing the black hose gives you some access to the filter and to the drain. I removed a bra pad, popsicle stick, earring, bracelet and now my machine is working great. I also shortened my drain hose in the back so it didn't have to travel as far.
