I bought these for my dad who also wears hearing aids. He doesn't watch tv without them now!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Although I do not wear hearing aids, I have not experienced any echo effect (Could be a hearing aid issue?) I have not experienced any latency issues. The audio matches the video perfectly. I highly recommend trying them. If you find they don't work for you, Best Buy has a very good return policy.
