• A:Answer You could create additional Microsoft Accounts, assign each of them a license, then go create a folder in those accounts' 1TB OneDrive space and share it with your other account(s).

• A:Answer As long as you have successfully downloaded the program to a phone, table or PC already, which that step will require Internet service. Then to use it you can use the program after with or without internet service. You just wont be able to open any features or tabs that would require Internet searching tools.
