• If you mean the RAM as memory no it is not expandable you have to get the amount of system memory you feel like you need. If you mean storage, then yes it is by using an external hard drive, flash drive, cloud base storage or using a microSD card that can be inserted behind the kickstand. As for the DVD drive no it does not have one, but you can use an external one that connects via usb.
