• I cannot confirm if it works with Windows 8 or lower, but I certainly does indeed work well with all of the games I've tried with it, Xbox or not.

• This has worked with every game I have tried it with on PC. gears of war, battlefield, tomb raider, csgo, many more. I am on windows 10.
