• They will, I've personally used multiple 14 day passes in a row and have never had a problem :)

• I think your saying you have multiple codes. If so yes, they just add time to you gold on top of your current amount.

• I believe the code you get for the Live access gives you credit for the set months 3 months or 6 months whichever comes with the deal. You wont be charged again to credit card on file until the 3 or 6 months are up is my understanding ..
