Yes. 1) BestBuy has return policy you can still take advantage of, so you can talk to them and make sure you get the bundle you thought you were getting. 2) Some of the included products may have been emailed to you. BB customer service may help you figure this out. 3) If items were being shipped, then maybe they were not all due to arrive at the same time.
