Q: QuestionHas anyone tried to scan a picture and save it to their computer?It scans good but when it prints out on 4x6 photo paper the picture is only 1 3/4" by 2 3/4".

• A:Answer It scans quite well. I use a Mac and find that the Mac software is the easiest to use to scan. If you have a Mac, go to Preferences, Printer and Scanner. Toggle to to Scan and this will bring up the window to do the overview scan and make adjustments as to the output: cropping, image size, resolution, etc. Simply scan to your Desktop or any location and you are good to go.

Q: QuestionDoes this work with a windows 10 device?Just upgraded to windows 10. Others in household have MAC's. Will this work with both types of devices?

Q: QuestionIn system req. it says that some functions or application are not supported by Mac OS X. Has anyone had any problems

• A:Answer I have multiple mac's -- all running 10.11.1 and have no problems with printing (does all colors, both sides, and scanning). The applications I've used with it are Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint), Safari, Preview, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. So, at least those programs all work fine with the printer.

Q: QuestionWHERE DO FIND THE SERIAL NUMBER IN ORDER TO REGISTER IT?

• A:Answer The serial number is right below the ink cartridges. You will see it towards the lower left after you lift up the top of the printer in order to replace an ink cartridge. It is not the top you lift up to scan but the lower level you lift to replace ink. The left side of the printer has a notch you can grip to lift the correct level.

Q: Questionfax abilityI have wireless and a home phone land line. If I have the buy fax ability printer can I receive unexpected fax or do I have a switch or something to place in for fax mode

• A:Answer I don't think there is anything to switch. The reason I think it's on all the time, is because when my phone rings, it shows ringing on the printer. Then when I pick the phone up, there are buttons that say send or receive. So not sure if you can receive/send a fax unless you are home. Which would suck. I haven't actually read everything about it. So if someone else has more info, please reply.
