A:Answer The Leaf 30 will really only be a benefit to you if you are at the max range for the Metro. The only difference between the models should really only be the range at which they work. So if there is something else cause the interference on the Metro, there's a chance that the Leaf 30 will probably experience the same interference.
That said, BB's return policy is pretty good, so you should feel ok about doing a little trial and error.
