A:Answerit has 4 green lights as shown in the picture on the front. it will be fully charged when all 4 lights are solid. if it they are off unplug from charger and press button on top of pack and the lights should turn on depending on much of a charge it has, i.e. 3 lights 75% 4 lights 100%
