QuestionOnce you Activate this phone on a particular carrier, will it get 'Locked' to that carrier ? Or is it 'Fully Unlocked' so it can be activated on another carrier later ?

- Answer It is fully unlocked. If you don't like your carrier, all you do is take out the current sim card and replace it with the new carrier.

- Answer If you see the specs: IP52 IP52. Protected from limited dust ingress. Protected from water spray less than 15 degrees from vertical. Shock resistant didn't find anything on it, but probably no more than any other phone without a case. If you have that much concern otterbox case or get an Iphone if cost not an issue.
