A:AnswerWhen turning on your moto g power for the first time it will ask you if u want to transfer from your Gmail cloud account. Choose the Gmail cloud account and select your old moto x device. Just make sure that you sync up everything from your moto x to the Gmail cloud account before setting up ur new phone. To sync on ur moto x go to settings>accounts>google>account sync then make sure all tabs are turned on to start the syncing process. Then hit the three dots at the top right corner and select "sync now". This will sync everything at once instead of having to do it one at a time. Also make sure you sync your photos and videos too. Go to Google photos and push the little circle at the top right corner then select account storage. Scroll to the bottom and select backup device folders. Then turn on all folders you want to backup. This process may take a while depending on how many pictures/videos you have. You can see your backup progress on that little circle in the top right hand corner that I mentioned earlier. I would also recommend to back up your photos and videos to an SD card. They're a lot easier to access that way and it's easy to transfer from phone to phone.
A:AnswerHi Winston, This phone has a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. Cosmetic, physical, and liquid damage are not covered under warranty. The warranty is only valid to the country where it is intended for sale. -Jess
A:AnswerI believe your carrier also sells a insurance for the phone! If you by any means did not purchase the insurance at the beginning when you initially purchase your phone I don’t think there is guarantee!
A:AnswerHi Kymmi, thanks for your interest. We can't guarantee that all carrier features will work outside the US as this phone is a US Variant and has a different band. I would suggest contacting your preferred service provider to see if this phone will work with their service. We do not encourage customers buying a phone from a different country as the warranty and compatibility are limited to where it was purchased. Thanks. - Mike
A:AnswerHi Howard, thanks for your interest. The Moto G8 devices was marketed as an international device and was intended for sale in other regions. While the Moto G Power is a US unlocked device and works with major carriers in the US. - Mike
A:AnswerI can't answer the question since I don't use T-Mobile. As for the phone itself you can only turn WiFi on or off. Any additional features would be dependent on what the service provider offers. There most likely is a T-Mobile app that is needed for the feature to work.
