Hi Winston, This phone has a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. Cosmetic, physical, and liquid damage are not covered under warranty. The warranty is only valid to the country where it is intended for sale. -Jess

My best guess is go to moto. website. phone is a good phone so far . the battery 3 days that is nice
