“I just set this phone up last night. Now it' s on a continuous reboot loop and the only solution I can find online is to do a hard reset. So apparently I have to set it up all over again? What is the return policy for this piece of junk?”

This moto g6 32gb unlocked works perfectly. I would suggest going back over your "setup" steps and also check your carrier's website to see if others have had your problem. I chose Simple Mobile after Virgin Mobile USA went Iphone nuts and would not unlock my android. Maybe take your sim card out and re-insert also? Good luck.
