“I put this phone on the Verizon prepaid network. For some reason, when I receive a voicemail, the VM alert does not show on the phone. I checked all notif.settings & called VZ and Moto without success. Anyone have this happen or have suggestions.”

I've had this issue too. Where I don't get a voice mail prompt until several hours later. So have to look at my call history to see if I have any missed calls to confirm. This has been my worse phone ever. So much work for a so called smart phone. Since I've gotten this phone, I'm not going to get another Motorola phone again.
