A:AnswerNot difficult. I had a 12 year old on standby. It definitely beats paying money grubbing Comcast 10/mo. Go for it. Nice unit. Have used for 2 months and no issues.
A:AnswerI have seen this with multiple Comcast accounts and it has to do with the way that it was configured. If you call them they should be able to correct the issue - I doubt it is the modem rather a setting on the Comcast network.
A:AnswerI recommend this modem as it is a great replacement for my xFinity modem. Note, I have never used the new phone lines, but I am sure that is the least of anyone’s concern.
