To help us better understand, does this audio problem only occur when using Bluetooth, or do you notice it with regular phone calls as well? In the meantime, you can try a few troubleshooting steps that may help: ensure your phone’s software is up to date by going to Settings > System > Updates, unpair and then re-pair your Bluetooth device, keep your Bluetooth device fully charged and within close range, and clear the Bluetooth cache by going to Settings > Apps > Bluetooth > Storage > Clear Cache. Clearing the cache will remove any temporary files being stored by the device. Clearing the data will remove data that the application has saved.
