- Answer Check MSI website. It does come with a RTX3080 for more $$$$ but not from Best Buy at this time. You may want to research a little about MSI Stealth reduced power to the GPU to control the heat in this slim laptop. I have read the RTX3080 is not worth the cost in this unit for the marginal gain in gaming performance over the RTX3070. If you want a 3080 you may want to consider the GE76 Raider or another brand that will give you more GPU power.

- Answer It's a Western Digital SN810 1TB NVME SSD drive. I couldn't find them online for sale, but that's probably because I didn't search well enough. Works great anyway.

QuestionI'm having trouble with the touch pad. The cursor Arrow sometimes won't move immediately and sometimes it disappears until I move my finger around fast. Is there a fix for this?

QuestionI've been happy with this laptop except for the sound quality. Even with the volume turned up to 97% and the screen volume up100% it's still hard to hear and the quality isn't clear. Does anyone else have this issue? Any way to fix it? Make it louder?

QuestionConnected to the LAN through an Ethernet cable to cable modem / router, the download speed is never greater than 8.9 mbps. I have replaced the cable with others, and reinstalled all network and LAN drivers to no effect. Running Windows 11 Home.

- Answer I don't really have an answer but I get roughly 50mbps on ethernet and about 30mbps on wi-fi.

QuestionI didn’t see Bluetooth listed anywhere but maybe missed it. Is Bluetooth enabled for this computer? If not, is that a problem? I’m thinking headset or earphones usage. I hate cords getting in the way.
