• A:Answer Hello Fweah - the HDMI port included on this monitor is HDMI™ 2.0b which is able to support FHD up to 200Hz. The Xbox One S has a max refresh rate support of 120hz.

• A:Answer Hello E - This monitor has a stand that does allow for tilt but does not include adjustable height. It does come with a VESA mount that would work with a monitor arm for adjustability.
