Q: QuestionThere is a camera housing on the front of 6464930, but in the specifications it says no webcam. Do you know what it is for?
Asked by Benrae.
- A:Answer I thought the same thing at first. It is actually a light detection sensor, on the OSD there is an option for Auto-Brightness that uses this. In theory it is used to automatically adjust the screen's brightness for the room's ambient light. However, I have mine turned off as it doesn't work all that well and made my screen dim or brighten randomly. It is not a webcam though, at least on the SKU 6464930 one. Hope this helps!

Q: QuestionI seem to have misplaced the standoff screws for my artymis 323 curved monitor. Not seeing much info on the size of them, I read somewhere that you need them to mount it to a visa mount stand any help would be greatly appreciated
Asked by Scootertrash1500.
- A:Answer For proper Vesa mounting, due to the recessed mounting surface provided and the asymetric contour of the back of the monitor, I found it necessary to make thick shims (.75in approx) to level the mounting and substitute longer screws to get a correct fit of the mounting plate. You won't need the standoffs if done this way, and you'll have a level mounting surface that won't damage the back of the monitor.
